Please visit to your home/nearest branch

Fill and Submit the DEAF Claim Form at your Home Branch
Your Account Status change from DEAF to Operative on Same day/Time
Operate your account or withdrawal the Money and closed the account.
If Account holder was death then amount will be transfer to nominee subject to the all death claim process.
